FR AI Integration

Hi everyone,

I just stumbled accross this repo while searching for a way to change the titles and custom fields of documents automatically. Impressive work here. I had an idea that I would like to discuss here. How about handing the document content over to a local AI and let it give us a suggestion for a good title or using it to extract information into a custom field? Anyone thought of something like this already?

Aaaaaand its done :) PR is out. Hope it doesn´t conflict with the other ones.

Please feel free to test and align it to your code. I tried to align to your structure but I am sure there are more beautiful ways to integrate. Hope to hear from you :)

Mephistos approach to integrate such a function is a big benefit for this repo. Using AI for titles and tags does really work well.
