Feature Request: add control to not load certain tabs

Hi and thanks for this nice addon!

But it would be great if I had the possibility to control what tabs are not reloaded. For example:

1. pinned tabs that are discarded
2. domains which are added to a blacklist
3. tabs which have been discarded manually should stay discarded (if the user sets this in the addon-settings)

What do you think? 😄

– how might an extension (any extension) tell whether discarding was automated or manual?

I think a whitelist and blacklist would be a great solution.
In practice, the preload feature isn't always needed (only for certain sites or only during periods of active browsing).
To avoid having to disable the extension every time, a pause button when left-clicking the extension would also be useful.
