Running Acceptance Tests fail on newly imaged OSX machine #1

Attached is the failing test report:
I'm running Firefox 44.0.2.
The browser opens and it redirects to the correct address and port, but something in the javascript is hanging up Selenium. There are others that have complained about this online (with protractor and a few other selenium frameworks), but I didn't find any satisfactory solution with a bit of digging.
