Missing build instructions

Hi,
I've just been searching through github for random examples of games using sfml. Yours is missing building instructions. Its not clear what the target platform is. There is no Makefile, CMakeLists.txt or VisualStudio solution. Generally its a bad idea to put executables into git.

I'm seconding this.

I know I'm a couple years late in finding this repo but I was just about to ask whether or not this game was developed with the 32-bit SFML setup or the 64-bit SFML setup. More importantly there are some custom configurations that will take a little more time to figure out.

If you're still updating this game, would love to hear back.
