MCP weather issue when using Docker deployed on to Azure App Service when using mcp>=1.10.0 #1

Firstly thank you for the examples provided, Jonathan.
I changed the transport to streamable-http and the solution works fine with mcp v1.9.0 but when using a higher version,
I tried these mcp versions and faced the same issue.
v1.14.0
v1.12.0
v1.10.0
Was wondering if anyone face the same and figured out what's going on?
