Option work on a different stack-work directory?

Hi!

I'm just revisiting this tool and not sure how to use it on alternative stack-work directories, eg like if you used --work-dir in stack.

I have several different ones for different purposes and the tool just reports the size of the default one.

Is there an option to do that? I couldn't see it in the help docs

Ah right indeed, thanks - perhaps I could support STACK_WORK or also --stack-work.

(For reference currently STACK_ROOT is supported.)

Well I added some initial support for STACK_WORK (probably --stack-work would be better).

One tricky part is what to do when $STACK_WORK/ does not exist so to speak.
The default behavior is to assume it is not a project directory in this case... though perhaps it should complain.
Also I assume that $STACK_WORK is a relative directory.

Though tbh I don't think setting --work-dir is terribly common - I haven't heard of anyone else doing this.
