exception POST /rstudio/events/get_events

Bug description

When I sign out of rstudio, I get this error :

jupyterhub | 22:18:37.732 [ConfigProxy] error: 503 POST /csopra/jupyterhub/user/root/rstudio/events/get_events socket hang up

Expected behaviour

 Return to Jupyterlab

Your personal set up

 Jupyterhub  : jupyterhub/jupyterhub:4.0.2
 Jupyterlab  : jupyter/r-notebook:2023-10-20 ( with jupyter-rsession-proxy + rstudio-server-2023.12.0 )

• OS: Linux 6.5.0-2-amd64 # Debian 6.5.6-1 (2023-10-07) x86_64 GNU/Linux
