Settings menu gets cropped when rescaled, cant scroll

If you rescale the window whiel the settings menu is open, it gets cropped and you cant access or even see the buttons anymore

Could be fixed with a scroll

Thanks for the feedback! I think setting a minimum window size whenever a popup is open would be a good way to solve this.
