FEATURE REQUEST: UI for Monitoring Tasks

This is a nice idea and should be direct enough to implement. All the brokers provide a common interface via which pending, failed & successful tasks can be gathered. I think a separate repo for such a UI should be better. I'll figure out working on this

I'd modified the broker and store methods to support something like a monitoring dashboard in bbcb840. I think it's best to have the UI as a separate stand alone binary that can serve these as metrics and provide search. I'd worked on Tasqueue-UI with mostly LLM assisted code for the frontend vanilla js. I think the Go backend is decent enough, but the below features would be great to have:

• Better search
• Job retry/requeue functionality
• Export job data (CSV/JSON)

I'd also be open to completely refactoring the UI in its current early stage
