vite: add a meaningful example

currently the vite app package only shows how to use tRPC and tailwind, but it has no
beautiful UI or context. we should build some nice screens that makes sense to demonstrate the tech spec

What do you have in mind?

we can do a multi-tab to do list with animations.. though another to do is kinda boring.

maybe a CRM style management system , with multi-page navigation.
