Create and configure user on Planetscale

Once you have a user on PlanetScale you can use the web interface to do what ever you want.

The goal of this lab is to be able to do everyting from the command line - using the pscale CLI.

If we can do that, then we can automate everything - and if we automated it and store what ever we wanna do as code, then we've successfully also documented it.

So for now I will just create a user

...but YOU should not spare yourself from browsing the web site, learning the concepts read the feature list - simply investigate what it is, that PlanetScale is trying to help you with.
