No stoch_rvs file

It seems that missing some file in experiment.py

such as:
from stoch_rvs.algos.learn_labels import learn_labels

there is no stoch_rvs in the current commit.

Actually, it comes from the https://github.com/keirp/stochastic_offline_envs/blob/1525ae772460388dcc2ec9d1ea2591a71ead60ca/stochastic_offline_envs/samplers/trajectory_sampler.py#L7

After installing stochastic_offline_envs from here, just change 'stoch_rvs' to 'stochastic_offline_envs' can solve it.
