by adding a link to the index.html in the README file:

**_Note:**_ it is (almost) the same as the 'raw' link (https://raw.github.com/kentbrew/Case-Hardened-JavaScript/master/index.html) but instead of `raw.github.com` use `rawgithub.com`. That makes the html 'life' ;-)
