Add GitHub and Blog links to User Guide #1456

Funnily enough, when roles are shifted and you find yourself an end-user of Infix, with the only entry point being the User Guide. There are no links to GitHub or the blog to aid the user in getting the latest release or easy learning about dedicated topics.
Perhaps the Introduction section of the User Guide could be expanded with the relevant links.
