Feature Request: Show DtD Links

Currently DtD links aren't shown (visually, they are in the node details popup). It would be nice to see those links on the map.

I see that a similar request was made and closed as won't fix (#11), but perhaps this can be revisited? The links could be toggled on or off similar to how various types of nodes (band, supernode, and No RF types) can be selected or deselected.
