Last row of text in vga_text output displays first #90

@kulp

Description

@kulp

The last (that is, the 32nd) row of text emitted by the vga_text module display first on the display. This problem is shown most clearly by the bm_mults example; it is easily disguised by examples bm_snake (due to its visually busy nature) and bm_conway (which intentionally wraps around on all edges).
