Alternative method to handle dynamic import in EUI

We currently resolved this using the official workaround which involved calling a special method to preload their icon cache - the underlying issue in its general form is actually still there.

Investigate multiple approaches to make it work in clojurescript world (such as using polyfill, or combining usage with webpack etc).
