🚚 Shall we rename this repo and package `laminjava`

I don't see us ever building another client or java package.

We'll sooner or later have different packages in different languages and `laminr` with its reticulate basis is an exception. All other packages will be client packages in some form.

`lamindb` itself is also a client for Postgres and S3/GPC/... but of course it also has all the server-side logic at the same time.
