Wrong Compiler Version in Release 0.1.1

Describe the bug
If you download the current release "0.1.1" and run caramel version the output is caramel v0.1.0 instead of caramel v0.1.1.
I have only tested this with caramel-v0.1.1-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz but my guess is the other builds are affected as well.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux (gnu not musl)
• Caramel version: latest Release '0.1.1'

Thanks! It's probably a mistake in how we're bundling the version number into the final binary.
