On deploy to gh-pages, bower should be used to install client-side dependencies into static directory:
bower install oauth-js angular-bootstrap angular-sanitize angular-moment --save https://github.com/andriyko/ui-ace.git#bower https://github.com/andriyko/angular-route-styles.git ng-table
