• Rename: slate-irc → qbirc

• Publish 1.0 → Merged into slate-irc
• (Optional) Go to reddit or somewhere to get some reputation → Merged into slate-irc

• Support Promise → API using Promise #12
• Support IRCv3.1, IRCv3.2 → Support full IRC Spec #3
