This is just a warning, can be safely ignored. We can't do anything without a firmware dump anyway.

This most likely means your device has an unencrypted bootloader (or has different keys), so you'll have to adjust your ESPHome config.

That indeed is the case. But if you need the original FW dump, here you go:

I guess there is some value in looking into it as those Dreo Fans and Heaters are pretty popular and good quality and people look more into cloud-cutting them.
