Doesn't seem to work with multiline photos in the vcard

This doesn't work when there are multi-line photos in the vcard like nextcloud-contacts produces. It would be very useful to me if it did.

Thanks for the example file. The problem seems to come from a limitation of the libvc library used by mutt_vc_query for parsing the vCard file. libvc does not accept files with continuation lines, I think.

I have taken a more careful look at the issue. Contrary to what I believe the libvc library does accept fields with continuation lines. It happens that the parser in libvc seems to be very very slow for values very long like in the PHOTO field of your VCF file example

I tried again with your file here and mutt_vc_query did work, but took very long to complete (more than 2 minutes in my system).
