Summary of Your Question
Can I add a LINE Bot (I think the official terminology might be "channel") to a Line Open Chat?
I have tested to enable the LINE Bot setting Messaging API -> LINE Official Account features -> Allow bot to join group chats to no avail.
I did not find official documentation stating this is not supported, so I am looking for confirmation. Is it on the roadmap?

@CharingJC Currently, the bot can not join the OpenChat like join the group/room chat.
I think this feature has not been completed.
