How can i parse link when paste in editor without parseOnPaste option #504

Hi guys,
I have a question and i actually need for yours help.
Can i use functions in medium-editor-insert-plugin to parse when i paste link into editor without use parseOnPaste option. parseOnPaste have a bug so i cannot use it.
Currently i use handlePasteBinPaste event to detect when i paste, but i cannot make parse link by use medium-editor-insert-plugin function.
