Automated Recording Link Creation #401

Hello,
I would like to propose two new features for the room settings that I believe would significantly streamline my workflow and likely benefit many other users.
Proposed New Features:
1. Automated Recording Link Creation
I suggest adding an option to automatically create a link to a new recording when its status changes to "published".
Specifically, there could be a checkbox in the room settings: "Auto-create link to recording", and If enabled, the user should be prompted to specify a location for these automatically generated links.
2. Customization of Recording Link Filename Pattern
I propose adding the ability to customize the filename pattern for created recording links.
Users should be able to define in room settings a specific pattern (e.g., for me, including the date in the format %Y.%M.%D is crucial).
This custom pattern should apply to both automatically generated links and those created manually.
