[WARP] Incorrect values retrieved when reading from reserved UAV reosurces.

This issue tracks a bug in WARP when reading from reserved UAV resources. Several tests in the offload test suite fail because the values retrieved and compared against expected values are wrong. The tests were working before the infrastructure changed to use reserved UAV resources instead, and other drivers succeed. The issue is also being internally tracked.
