Add comprehensive debugging for translation and post-processing flow

- Show translation results after translation phase completes
- Display detailed list of outputs to be post-processed (English + translated)
- Show language indicators and progress during post-processing
- Warn if no translated outputs found (zh-TW won't be processed)
- Help diagnose why zh-TW post-processing may not be triggered
