Open question: How to remove parts when there is no fish for manual analysis?

E.g. remove files with no movement

But note: if parts are removed, trackign will have to recognise the change of section. Not e.g. track through a merged file of several sections

Do not make any changes to the raw files! That cannot be allowed. If something as suggested is needed, make copy of the file parts of interest.
