Run validations based on census number

For species that are interpreted based on the second count, don't run validations when user is entering data from the first count. If needed, get the species list from bird monitoring team.

What is first and second count? What does some kind of species list have to do with this?

It seems we don't have enough information to do anything with this. I'll ask.

If user has selected MY.waterbirdCensusPeriodEnum1 to field root_gatheringEvent_gatheringFact_waterbirdCensusPeriod, don't run validations if species is something else than sinisorsa, tavi, jouhisorsa, lapasorsa, punasotka, telkkä, isokoskelo ja nokikana, taivaanvuohi or pajusirkku.

In all other cases, run validations.

For some reason the CensusPeriod fiel is visible on beta in English as "Census period" with labels missing. Is this a bug or incorrect settings or missing test data?
