I have recently come across your excellent set of MATLAB scripts for fMRI data preprocessing, which utilize DPARSF and SPM. I am incredibly impressed by the modular and well-structured workflow you've created, as seen in files like runDPARSF_T1.m, runDPARSF_T1_fm.m, and the check_fMRI_DPARSF.m quality control function.

I am a researcher working on a similar fMRI project, and I believe your pipeline would be a fantastic and robust foundation for my analysis.

I was wondering if you would be willing to share the full GitHub repository or a more complete collection of these scripts. I am particularly interested in ensuring I have the correct versions of all helper functions and any necessary configuration files (like the DPARSF_config_*.mat files) to properly replicate and adapt your workflow.
