Feature Request: Remove the "register" button from the main site

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a "remove the Register button" from the main site? Or have an admin approve new accounts, before their first login.

This option could be on the "settings" page.

Thanks again for such an amazing app. It made me come back to playing MTG.
