Adapt the peer exchange service to run on Google App Engine #1
Description
If the peer exchange service could be adapted to run on Google App Engine it would allow for some persistant presence on the interwebs.
Not everyone is happy to install Python+Django just to test something. GAE allows projects to run locally so it is still a good development environment compared with the built-in development server of Django.
