Makehuman and Apple Silicon MacOS 15

Hello, I am new to Makehuman and have loaded the 2020 version for MacOS. I downloaded it to my M1 Mac using MacOS 15. I followed the guidance on bypassing Apple's malicious software block, and though I now have a desktop Makehuman logo, it does not seem to have downloaded the software or won't find and load it. I assume this is due to MacOS 15 Sequoia. Does anyone have a solution that would fix the issue?

You may follow Getting Started steps (they're very similar to linux ones) to run MakeHuman from sources. If you need any help with it or more details, i'll try to help
