Add "amputation" abilities #12
Description
Abilities which replace a selected (or random) desire of the target with a random desire from the desire deck. A partial death that will usually make a threatening player less so, without shrinking the game in the same way that full assimilation or killing would.
A level 2 ability. Reward hacking risk (should come with a point penalty?), but non-clown.
(oh, penalties. We could also make getting killed a penalty. We could use finite penalties as concrete negotiation mechanisms.)
Icon ideas: Trepanation (needle through nose), a heart being pulled out of someone. Emphasize the violence of it.
