Vulnerability from unmaintained jsonlint-lines dependency

Realize this project is paused, but there has been an open issue with jsonlint-lines since nomnom was deprecated. See the issue here . There are various forks of jsonlint that may be more actively maintained, and I can open a PR to use one of them instead, but not sure if there are plans to address this in a more permanent way ?
