Clone Challenge does not re-enable the "OSM/External Id Property" field

What happened?

I am cloning a challenge because I forgot to add the osmIdProperty the first time.
However, I cannot edit the field during the clone process, because it is readonly.

Since this field is not part of the regular wizard to create a challenge I tend to forget it.
I then have to recreate the challenge from scratch which is when new errors tend to happen with the settings…

Steps to reproduce

1. create a challenge (with or without a External id property)
2. close that challenge
   => see that the field is readonly

Workaround: One can remove the "readonly" via the inspector, then change the value and this will work…
