Lasso selection/virtual challenge enhancement: add ability to precisely select tasks within a custom polygon #2768

What would you like to see?
Apart from drawing arbitrary areas on the screen, offer the ability to use a custom polygon ( geojson, and other formats?) to precisely select tasks within the challenges
Why is this useful?
Also, by adding some buffer (0.02 degrees) to the polygon or multi-polygon, it provides users a more precise way of selecting tasks for a specific area of interest.
I imagine that feature is also useful in the context of creating virtual challenges, combining several different challenges that a user can select, to allow contributors to work on several (related?) challenges for a given area.
