pr: should not force commit

I created a custom task of categoiy pr and noticed that on review failed it try again but instead of creating a new commit, it will force push

Would be great to see all the commit, espectially if the review step is too harsh and some of the previous attempt were better

Good catch — force-pushing on retry is lossy and makes it harder to compare attempts, which is especially frustrating when the reviewer is being stricter than expected.

The ideal behavior here would be a new commit per iteration (e.g. "attempt 2/3" or just incrementally stacked), so you can see the diff between what each iteration tried and cherry-pick the best bits if needed.
