When we add small amount of resolvers, during a day, they rate limit domain or ip because of repeated connection.
When we add large amount of tested online resolvers, it takes a long time to test them one by one and starts Tunnel after 1 hour or more!
Min Accepted Resolvers/Domains can be defined in client_config so that, app only continues prechecking resolvers per domain until reaching that limit, and then immediately it starts tunnel and continues checking and adding accepted resolvers in Background.
it can help alot in testing and optimizing time for config files by user.
