Hide filtering UI if provider is not selected

Currently, users might miss the provider selection, and try to select the filtering options (that are disabled). An improved experience is to hide all filtering / results interfaces until a provider is selected.

Alternatively, the disabled periodic table should be gray instead of light blue.

Additionally, the initial load of the filtering options can take some time, so one potential way is to not apply this initial query (but allow all filters to be selectable).
