Create new team dashboard page

• On admin login, load team workout spreadsheet into database (Team Workouts #14)
• On user login, check user data against team weekly workouts, grade on a scale of 1 to 8, and save back to database
• When Team Summary Dashboard page selected, load a colored table. (Team Summary Dashboard #7)
  Row: Names
  Columns: Week 1, Week 2, Week 3...
  Cells: Color based on number of workouts completed for that week. Colors based on 75% hue from here: https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp
