Use fringe to indicate active matlab code section #30
Description
Currently the matlab code section bolds the code in an active "%% code section". Rather than bolding the code, it would be nice to color the background of the active lines in the fringe. If the fringe doesn't exist, we would default to bolding the code in the active section.
