Python version restriction

Greetings to the developer/maintainer 🙏

This version of PyPatchMatch (PPM) restricts the Python version to below 3.11 >=3.9,<3.11, but the 41 commits behind version of PPM from invoke-AI https://github.com/invoke-ai/PyPatchMatch.git allows any version from 3.9 onwards >=3.9.

If my Python environment needs 3.11 or above, then this PPM from PyPI does not allow Poetry to add PPM.

Please help to overcome this restriction.
