astron.libpython: Handle `CLIENT_OBJECT_SET_FIELD` 

Implement handling the `CLIENT_OBJECT_SET_FIELD` message from the CA in the astron.libpython implementation so that it can update the model's new position (x,y,z,h) when the AI sets it in the SS and the CA makes the change known to the interested client.
