Hard to See Meter UI adjustment icons

Describe the bug
When modifying the UI, the left arrow and the diagonal adjustment is off the screen. Maybe for this window have it on the left side if possible?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Modify UI screen
2. Notice how the meters isn't obvious on how to adjust because it is off the screen

Expected behavior
You should be able to see the right selections (the right arrow and diagonal adjustments)

A workaround is to move it inwards first, scaling it and moving it back. I will try to find a more favorable solution :)
