Welcome to Claude Operator Stack — and thanks for reading this first.

This repo is for solo founders running multiple AI products on Claude Code. Not a runtime, not a fork, not a marketplace. It's the install path + the operator playbook I wished I had on day one.

Read order (4 minutes)

1. The README — stack table, 7 products in 4 months
2. profiles/ — pick the closest archetype
3. The recipe matching the integration in front of you (cookbook/)

Two rules I keep

1. No skill redistribution. Every component links to its source repo. ECC, Toprank, Frontend-Design, Obsidian — all credited where used. The novel value is the curation, the workflows, the case studies.
2. No real product URLs in case studies. Patterns and lessons only. Anonymisation discipline codified in CONTRIBUTING.md.

What would you want to see in v1.1?

Vote with a 👍 / 👎 in this thread. Concrete examples > abstract requests. Three categories where I have the most appetite to ship next:

• More cookbook recipes — what integration do you wish I'd documented?
• More profiles — does your archetype not fit the 4 shipped ones? Tell me the shape.
• More scaffolds — Next.js + Supabase and FastAPI + WhatsApp shipped. What's the third one worth adding?
