Edge to Edge Scene detect text

Hi,
i change to Morph_Ellipse(5,5) and Morph_Rect (2,5) its selected and highlighted all text in green color but no edge to edge scene text detect.
Eg:
i show you the screen shot my smaple image

its not highlighting dot symbols degree symbols. please give me valuable suggestion to solve this issue
