Mismatch Mods

Been running ATM9 To The Sky and things were running fine but updated to version 1.0.7 and
Apotheosis showed a mismatch when trying to join. Then updated to version 1.0.8 and now 2 other mods show a mismatch. Using the included bat files to start the server in MCSS there is a problem but starting the server with bat file out of MCSS it works fine.

Hi, have you double checked the modpacks? In most cases this is an issue with the configuration or mods.
