caching_and_replay example is broken/needs to be updated to work with Mesa 3.0

Describe the bug
caching_and_replay example crashes on Mesa 3.0

Expected behavior
When running the example, a browser window should open displaying the interactive dashboard with the grid and charts. The code should not crash on import due to deprecated dependencies.

To Reproduce

1. Install Mesa 3.0+
2. Navigate to examples/caching_and_replay
3. Run python run.py

OS: macOS (Apple Silicon)

Mesa Version: 3.0+

I am working on the issue and will open a PR soon after fixing the Mesa visualization new API.

Has this issue been fixed? I was trying it on my local device where I tried fixing it via integrating solara and changing the updated syntaxes of MESA 3.0.
The legacy Visualization modules such as:
Modular server, canvas grid and chart module were removed (due to depreciation) and instead used solarawiz with make_space_component
A few more changes were made locally.
If anyone wants to check it out, I could create a separate branch to let you all check it out?
